Terms of Service

Clad9 is an AI wardrobe and personal styling service operated by Hadaa, Inc. ("we", "us", "Clad9"). Throughout these terms, "the Service" means the Clad9 website at clad9.com, any Clad9 mobile or desktop application, and the features available through them.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use Clad9.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Clad9. Clad9 is not built for children and we don't knowingly create accounts for them.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@clad9.com if you believe someone else has gained access to it. Please give accurate account information and keep it current — we use it to contact you about the Service.

One person, one account. Don't share an account with others, sell it, or transfer it.

The photos and videos you upload — of your wardrobe, of individual garments, and of yourself — remain yours. Uploading them does not transfer ownership to us.

To run the Service, we need permission to work with that content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt, and process your uploads solely in order to operate Clad9 for you: cataloging your garments, removing backgrounds, analyzing color and fit, building your avatar, and generating outfit recommendations and collages. That license exists to make the product work and for no other purpose. It ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short-lived copies in backups that age out on their normal cycle.

We do not publish your photos, we do not sell them, and we do not use them in marketing without asking you first and getting your explicit agreement.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Clad9 produces styling suggestions using AI. It analyzes your garments, your proportions, your coloring, the weather, and — if you connect it — your calendar, then recommends outfits. Those recommendations are opinions about clothing, offered to help you get dressed with less friction.

They are not professional, medical, psychological, or nutritional advice, and they are not a judgment about your body. Body-shape and color analysis in Clad9 exist to pick flattering silhouettes and palettes, nothing more.

AI gets things wrong. Garments may be miscategorized, a color may be read incorrectly, and an outfit may simply not be to your taste. Use your own judgment — particularly where an occasion has a genuine dress code, a safety requirement, or a cultural expectation attached to it. The final decision about what you wear is always yours.

Clad9 is for cataloging and styling your own wardrobe. Please don't:

• upload photos of other people without their knowledge and permission, or any content you don't hold the rights to;
• upload sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content;
• use Clad9 to harass, impersonate, or build a profile of anyone;
• scrape, bulk-download, or resell any part of the Service, or use it to train a competing model;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service;
• resell or commercially redistribute Clad9's output as your own styling product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section, and where the breach is serious or repeated we may do so without notice.

Some Clad9 features rely on services you choose to connect or that we call on your behalf — your calendar provider, weather data, cloud storage, and AI processing platforms. Connecting a service is always your choice, and you can disconnect it at any time from your account settings.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for how they run their services, and a change or outage on their side may affect Clad9 features that depend on them.

Where Clad9 offers paid plans or features, the price, the billing period, and what's included will be shown to you before you pay, and buying is always an explicit choice. Taxes may be added depending on where you are.

If a plan renews automatically, we'll say so at the point of purchase and you'll be able to cancel future renewals from your account settings. Canceling stops the next charge; it does not retroactively refund a period you've already used.

Refunds are handled case by case — write to hello@clad9.com and we'll look at it fairly. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger refund or cancellation right, that right applies and nothing here limits it.

Clad9 itself — the software, the models and prompts behind it, the brand, the name, the logo, the written content, and the design of the Service — belongs to Hadaa, Inc. These terms don't give you any rights in it beyond permission to use the Service as intended.

The outfit recommendations and collages Clad9 generates for you are yours to use personally: wear them, save them, share them with friends. If you'd like to use Clad9 output commercially, get in touch first.

Clad9 is a product under active development. We add features, change them, and occasionally retire them. We aim for the Service to be available and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted access — maintenance, upstream provider issues, and faults happen.

If we plan to remove a feature you depend on or make a change that materially reduces what you get, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.

You can stop using Clad9 and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your wardrobe, your photos, and your generated outfits, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we're required to close by law, or that has been inactive for a long period — in which case we'll try to give you notice and a chance to export or delete your data first.

The sections on your content license, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive the end of your account.

Clad9 is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don't warrant that recommendations will be accurate, suitable, or to your taste.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hadaa, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity arising from your use of Clad9. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We'll update these terms as Clad9 grows. When a change is material we'll post the updated terms here with a new date and, where it meaningfully affects you, let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.

Continuing to use Clad9 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account.
