Is there a free trial?
No. Clad9's wardrobe app is paid from the day you sign up — there's no trial and no free tier. The color-pairing and outfit-combination tools stay free forever and need no account, so you can see how Clad9 thinks before you pay for it.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Monthly if you want to try it without committing — it's the default on every plan, and you can cancel after one month. Annual is 17% cheaper, which works out to 2 months free. You can switch from your account settings whenever you're sure, and each plan card has its own monthly/annual switch so you can compare a plan at both prices.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks — it opens Stripe's own billing portal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
What's the difference between the plans?
Mostly how big a wardrobe you're dressing and how often you want it dressed: how many items your closet holds, how many outfit recommendations a day, how many fit checks a month, and how far ahead your calendar gets dressed. Every plan includes wardrobe capture, body-shape and color analysis, and calendar-aware outfits.
Why does my closet allowance grow each month?
Cataloguing an item costs real money in AI processing, so every plan starts with an allowance sized to its price and adds to it on each billing anniversary. It also matches how wardrobes actually work — yours keeps growing, so your closet's capacity does too.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down, from the same Stripe billing portal. Switching takes effect on your next bill, and your closet keeps everything already in it.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
They stay yours. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from account settings — see the privacy policy for exactly what's kept and for how long.
